1. Bronze – 14 classes = $160 + AAU registration ($14)
- Lessons Program – No traveling
- Saturdays only
- 1 to 1.5 hrs (choice of parents/diver)
- Up front payment price ($144)
2. Silver – 13 weeks = $205 + AAU registration ($14)
- Competitive Level – Requires Nike outfitting (HS only ex)
- 2 Days a week (Friday gym and Saturday)
- 2 Meets per year required (1 per semester)
- High school divers may choose 2 water days on this level
- Up front payment price ($184.50)
3. Gold – 13 weeks = $250 + AAU registration ($14)
- Competitive Level – Requires Nike outfitting (HS only ex)
- 3 days a week (water and/or gym choice days)
- 3 away meets per year required
- HS state, USAD regionals, + camp options
- This level is recommended for high school training
- Up front payment price ($225.00)
4. National Team – 13 weeks = $295 + AAU registration ($14)
- Competitive Level – Requires Nike outfitting
- 4 days a week – water + gym
- Must be willing to work towards AAU National team status
- Up front payment price ($265.50)
* Divers may be named to “National Team” status without practicing 4 days
* Nike outfitting includes purchase of team suit, backpack, jacket, team shirt

- 6:30 – 8:00 ish – 45 minutes of dryland; 45 minutes water
- Max # of divers = 8
Friday – Gym – Medal of Honor Park
- 4:00-5:00
- 5:00-6:00
- Max # of divers = 8
Saturday - @ Bishop State
- 10:00 – 11:30 AM
- 11:30 – 1:00 PM
